Where we ship

Within India only.

How long it takes

Orders ship within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM count from the next working day. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except bank holidays.

Every order goes by air. Delivery takes 2 to 4 days to cities with an airport, and up to 2 days more to other areas.

An order with more than one piece can arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking.

Tracking

You get an email with the tracking link when each parcel ships.

Charges

Shipping is free on orders of Rs. 2,499 and above, and on any order of three or more pieces. Below that it is Rs. 100 for one piece and Rs. 140 for two. The charge shows at checkout before you pay.

Address and delivery problems

Check the address and phone number at checkout. The courier calls the number on the order.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we keep it for 60 days. Write to us within that time to have it shipped again for Rs. 200.

If the courier confirms a parcel is lost, or it has not arrived 15 days after it shipped, email hello@defaultbasics.com with your order number and we replace it.
