Who you are buying from

DEFAULT is a brand of Prakriti Van Private Limited, Block L, Royal Oak Enclaves 2, 6th Street, Senthil Nagar, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096. Every order is billed by Prakriti Van Private Limited.

Using the site

You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.

Orders

An order is a contract once we confirm it by email. Until then, prices and availability can change. If we cannot make or ship an order, we tell you and refund it in full. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed: see the Refund policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is added at checkout: free on orders of Rs. 2,499 and above or of three or more pieces, otherwise Rs. 100 for one piece and Rs. 140 for two. We accept UPI, cards and net banking. We do not offer cash on delivery.

The pieces

Every piece is made for your order. Photos are as true to colour as a screen allows. Country of origin: India.

Discount codes

A code can be used once per customer unless it says otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash. SETUP10 is for first orders in India. The code on the thank-you card in your parcel is for your next order: it works only for customers who have ordered before, once per customer.

The brand

The DEFAULT name, the wordmark, the device, the photographs and the site belong to Prakriti Van Private Limited. Please do not copy them without asking.

Liability

We are responsible for getting you the piece you ordered, made to its specification. Beyond the value of your order, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Complaints

Write to our Grievance Officer: Nivedya, Founder, Prakriti Van Private Limited, info@prakritivan.com, +91 9176540214. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute goes to the courts in Chennai.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to your order.
